On August 4, the Session reluctantly voted to reinstate the requirement that all persons, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask while inside the church building for worship or other church activities. This change is in response to the July 28 CDC recommendations and in keeping with Hampden-Sydney’s decision on August 2 to require all individuals – regardless of vaccination status – to wear masks inside campus buildings when others are nearby.
